Renée is a Master Hair Colourist, Colour Analyst, Image Consultant, and the founder of the RC Method™. With more than 25 years of experience in professional hair colour and over 12 years as an educator, she has built her career around helping beauty professionals understand colour on a deeper, more precise, and more visually intelligent level.

Throughout her career, Renée has taught more than 1,500 classes, worked alongside some of the industry’s most respected artists, and received recognition as Educator of the Year. She is also double master-certified in colour analysis and has advanced training in multiple seasonal systems, including 16-season and 23-season colour analysis.

At the heart of Renée’s work is her distinctive eye for colour. She sees subtle relationships between hair, skin, features, contrast, clarity, and proportion that are often overlooked. Her gift is not simply identifying what looks beautiful, but understanding why it works and translating that visual instinct into a method others can learn.

Renée teaches professionals how to develop and trust their own personal lens. Rather than memorizing rigid rules or relying solely on a prescribed system, her students learn how to observe colour with greater depth, discernment, and confidence.

She helps them see nuances they may never have noticed before and view each client through an entirely new light.

Renée created the RC Method™ to bridge the gap between professional hair colour, seasonal colour analysis, and image consulting. Her approach goes beyond identifying a client’s season. It evaluates the complete visual picture, including undertone, value, clarity, contrast level, natural hair, face shape, lifestyle, maintenance, and the condition of the hair.
